“This is the second time Larell has come out to fix our washer or dryer. I would give more than five stars if I could! Each time he has been very prompt in responding to my service request and has scheduled me for service quickly. This time, he determined that our washer needed a new drain pump and that it was a fix that we could do for ourselves. He sent me the info for the part he had found for a good price on Amazon. He also sent me a DIY video on removing and installing the new part and gave me additional advice to make the installation quick and easy on myself. As if that was not enough, he told me that he would come back out to help if I had any difficulty putting the new part in. The part came the same day, and our washer was up and running in no time. All I had to spend for it was $60 for the pump on Amazon and $85 for him to come out to our house (a great service fee these days!) This man knows the value of service and understands how to build good relationships with his customers. He is honest and will sacrifice the big service dollars knowing that the trust that he gains with his customers will bring him what he needs to support his business. I would recommend him to anyone!”

“Larell responded fast and worked with me to schedule an appointment to have a look at my washer as soon as possible. Great communication, and they were very professional and did a great job checking everything they could on the washer. My issue turned out to be something else entirely, but I'm still grateful to Larell coming out to have a look, and his fee was very fair.”

“This was the first time I used Fixpert Appliance Repair. My oven stopped heating up when turned on. Of course it was when my wife was fixing supper. I called the insurance company covering my appliances around 7:30 pm and left a message with the answering service. They replied the next morning. That was a Wednesday, The same morning Larell Dunson, owner of Fixpert Appliance Repair texted me, got information about our oven and scheduled an appointment for Friday. On Friday Mr. Dunson arrived within the appointment window. He checked our oven and for the first time in my experience had the part needed for the repairs. In the past I have had to wait weeks or longer for a second appointment to be scheduled so that the correct parts could be obtained. Mr. Dunson was fast and efficient. He knew exactly what the problem was and repaired it. After fixing the oven he made sure the area was as clean as when he started. Throughout the whole time Mr. Dunson was here he was friendly, courteous, and professional. He was knowledgeable and worked quickly and accurately. I have no problem giving Mr. Dunson my whole hearted recommendation and will certainly be calling on him in the future for my repairs. I feel that anyone in need of a repairman for their appliances should definitely give Fixpert Appliance Repair a call. I know that Larell Dunson will treat them well. I am a happy camper.”
